This week’s photo bomb, Boom!

Another busy week, a couple houses some vehicles, Dog rescue with a friend, RV Tinting, carpet and runner for a customers coach and more meetings and estimates! It’s feeling good to stay so busy, hopefully it will keep on going. Normally this time of year is slower with kids going back to school, but we have been very steady, and we recently got a nice lead from a local blind company, which we will be installing in the next week. Big thanks to everyone that helped me this week! Couldn’t have done it without you. Stay tuned for the most current pictures, thanks!

Busy week, photo dump!

It’s been a very busy week, I’m so happy that all of these new customers have been hearing about my company thru word of mouth, off of Google and seeing me driving around to and from jobs, like repeat customers with day old 2017 suburbans that needed their interiors and children saved from harmful heat and UV, or brand new Kias, recommended by the dealership to give me a call! And another repeat customer that got their corvette lights all blacked out, the car looked amazing when it was done. Also got to make another custom RV carpet, and all the new great people I get to talk to and share my knowledge with. I’d like to thank everyone for sharing all of my work, you will never know what it means to me, but it’s alot!

Customer wants one window darker

Just did this house over the weekend, and the back room just wasn’t dark enough for my customer. They got in touch with me Sunday and I was able move some things around to be able to get to them first thing. It’s just one window, but that’s no worry to me, keeping my customers happy, coming back and spreading the word about my company is a great help. I was happy to get down to put a darker, higher heat reduction piece of film on their window for them.

Friend of a friend on a Sunday

I’ve done quite a bit of work to his friends Jeep and with as hot as it’s been getting lately, he couldn’t take it anymore. Now like alot of people he’s got a job, and works normal hours, so it’s hard to find time to take your car to a shop and wait to have it tinted. So he calls me up on Saturday and wanted to know when we could schedule time to get his Jeep done, since he’s a working man I told him I could get him done early Sunday morning at 8. Hopefully early enough to beat the rain, not so much, I have to day A BIG THANKS to this customer he came out with an umbrella to help keep me dry while I was working, great customer! I look forward to working with him in the future!

Mobile home in need of cooling and privacy

This customer I’ve done multiple cars for but now their home needed some much needed window attention, it was in a mobile home park and the homeowner was not getting enough heat blockage from the blinds. The best answer for that is window film it stops the heat right at the glass unlike with just blinds where the the sun is blocked but the heat slowly still comes into the home. Since the customer had just moved and was getting things cleaned up they asked if I would clean the outside as well, they did have alot of dirt and dust on them, so I did and it just made my work shine even more. After I was done cleaning loaded up the car and went in to collect, it felt nice and cold inside, the customer even said it just feels calmer in here now, I love making my customers happy and keep them coming back for more.

Extension ladder required for this hot spot

I was installing some more film, for my customer with the lighthouse perfs, at their office and she asked about getting her house done as well. I had samples that I showed her and she could take home to show her husband, we set up a time that I could go and measure the windows she needed done. Originally she just wanted the sliders done to cool off the main room, which I quoted, but as I looked around the window above her entry was letting in alot of light. I asked what she had planned for that window, and she said she was thinking about blinds but they were expensive, and you can’t climb up to open and close them unless you get remote control blinds which are very expensive, so I suggested using some film to block the heat at the point at which in enters your home, the glass. She chose to go with Sunteks syds 15, which blocks 79% of the heat for her upper window and syds 25 for her sliders, to let some more light in. I’ve spoken to her since the install and she said the next day when she came home she normally would turn the air down real low to cool the house, now only had to turn it down a couple degrees, that’s gonna make a difference on the electric bill these hot summer days.

I’m Tinting in the rain

Thanks alot Florida, I got there as early as I could and got to work in this pickup, I just tinted his wife’s Mazda and was able to get his truck in first thing Monday morning, we had spoke about film when I was at his house previously and he wanted the old film taken off and new Suntek CXP 18% put back onto the entire truck. I get the visor cut and shrank so I can install that in a little bit, and the clouds move closer, I get the passenger front door cut and shrank, and the clouds move closer, I cut and install the passenger rear door, and the clouds are on top of me. I strip and tint the front passenger door and the clouds opened up and God said I hate you Alfalfa! So I’m like ok I got this, I take my moving blanket and throw it on top of the truck and onto the drivers front and rear door, to make a little tent. I get back to work and add soon as I do the tarp falls right on me and all the water that had gathered up, yeah soaked me, so now I’m striping the window inside the truck, nice and steamy. In the end I got it all done just about when the rain stopped, figures. Truck looks great now no more purple tint, and 56% of the heat is being blocked out as well.

They love the perfs so much they can’t stop

After doing the perforated vinyl window film for the entry of their office they wanted to continue the theme thru the office. The customer went onto Shutterstock.com and choose an image from their gallery of pictures, and I sent that image to my printer who rendered it to the size I needed, once it was approved by the customer he had it printed in no time, which is great because he’s very busy. I scheduled time to come out and install for them and I have to say I love the way these look, they turned out great and the best part the customer can see out of her office still, they are contemplating putting a light layer of film on the interior similar to the entry to make the design pop more when the lights are on both sides of the office the light colors of the sky and clouds make it easier to see into the room, but we can darken that up just a bit too fix that no problem!

Hot little Mazda isn’t anymore, well it still looks good

This customer found me on Google and was looking to cool off his wife’s car, he had film on his truck already and knows how it can benefit from it. We talked about the shades and pricing, and he wanted the most heat protection he could get, so we went with the CXP line which has a 56% heat block. The car looks and will feel alot different for them, he asked me to look at his truck while I was there and had some peeling issues as well as he wanted the back privacy glass a little darker, so hopefully in this next week I will have time to get to that one as well.

All black everything

This customer got in touch with me after seeing my car parked at a neighboring business, he was wanting some information about vinyl wraps as well as window film. He is in the process of blacking out his Audi, and had been looking into getting it painted or another option, as he has some issues with the factory paint. So we talked about what could be done as far as vinyl, and so far he seems to be interested in black gloss, but with the amount of options out can be hard to choose, then he asked about the window film. He knew exactly what he wanted, dark, and that’s what he got! This car is dark, he has complete privacy and a huge heat reduction over the clear glass. I can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like when everything comes together, but you gotta start somewhere, and window film is a great place to start. Looking forward to working with this customer again in the future!
